1. Who we are

Brightpath Ads Console (the "Application") is an internal tool operated by Brightpath Media Group. You can contact us at marianocth@gmail.com.

2. Information we access

When an authorized user signs in with a Google account, the Application requests permission to use the Google Ads API (scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords). With that permission the Application can access:

• Basic account identifiers needed to sign in, such as the Google account email address.
• Google Ads account data for the accounts the user has authorized, including account IDs, campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, budgets, bidding settings and performance metrics.

We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendar or any other Google service.

3. How we use this information

• To create, update, pause and review advertising campaigns in the authorized Google Ads accounts.
• To monitor budgets and spending.
• To generate internal performance reports.

We use Google user data only to provide these features to the authorized user. We do not use it for advertising profiles, resale or any purpose unrelated to managing the authorized Google Ads accounts.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy

Brightpath Ads Console's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade Google user data. We do not share it with third parties, except when required by law or when the authorized user explicitly asks us to.

6. Storage and security

OAuth tokens and any reporting data are stored only as long as needed to operate the Application, using access-restricted systems. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect this information against unauthorized access, loss or misuse.

7. Retention and deletion

You can revoke the Application's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To request deletion of any stored data, email marianocth@gmail.com and we will delete it within 30 days.

8. Children

The Application is intended for business use only and is not directed to anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last changed.
