By signing in to or using Brightpath Ads Console (the "Application"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
The Application is an internal tool of Brightpath Media Group. Only people authorized by Brightpath Media Group may use it, and only to manage Google Ads accounts they are permitted to manage.
Use of the Application is also subject to the Google Ads Terms and Policies. You remain responsible for all campaigns, budgets and content created in your Google Ads accounts.
You may revoke the Application's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Brightpath Media Group may suspend access at any time.
Our handling of Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy.
The Application is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
To the extent permitted by law, Brightpath Media Group is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
